Puzzles giving no points

I've run into several puzzles in each difficulty category which award no points when solved. First time solving.
It's very frustrating solving three in a row and getting no points, then failing one and losing a bunch.

I can't be the only one running into this?

It maybe because, players (like you) who are 2300 in Puzzles may get +0 points after solving puzzles of 1000-1500 rating.

#1 If I’m right there is an error, where the hardest category has the easy puzzles and the easiest category has the hard puzzles. So try solving puzzles in the easiest category to get hard puzzles.
