How is this possible? (automatic game creation?)

I just joined a correspondence game proposed by a 1500? account. I came back to the "Correspondence" tab and the same game was there. I joined it and came back to the tab and the same game was still there.

Is this a bot or something? Must I report this account?

The third game is now gone. No new proposition so far. I'm waiting for the opponent.

I created a correspondence game with the same details; I had barely created it that this account joined it. I aborted all the games.

Now I cannot create a game without this account joining it. I had to block it to do that.
