Why did I lose? It's a bug?

Well, I guess shogi analysis is completely different from that of chess.

The first thing is that perpetual check will make the player that's checking more than 4 times lose the game.

About the centipawn loss, well if you think about it, Chess has fewer pieces and Shogi has more pieces so it's logical.

The loss is correct. Perpetual check loses. The analysis is also due to the 4-fold repetition, the engine knows it's losing. You can open the position in the analysis board and if you repeat the same checking position 4 times it will give you -1#. That's why it's making those gigantic jumps, giving you such a high centipawn loss. I feel like in your game the eval shows it too early, maybe there is some problem with the analysis in this case, idk. But the game result is definitely correct.
