How to add to the leaders of the club?

Hello friends, maybe I don’t understand something, maybe some kind of bug. But things are like this: I can not add a person to the leaders of the club (I myself am a leader, that is, I have rights). Can anyone help?

You cannot add a leader to a team unless you are the original creator of the team. This is to prevent complains like "xyz hacked my team" when "xyz" was made a leader by one of the team leaders itself (and that honestly has nothing related to "hacking").
