There is nothing wrong with either of those puzzles.
The daily puzzle lishogi.org/training/xzBff has a clearly best line that is the solution - nothing else gets an advantage.
lishogi.org/training/QakHp is a composed tsumeshogi problem that is considered tsume in 3, because interposing with drops is useless. The interposed pieces would just be captured without changing the mate - these are "futile interpositions", and are not played.
