Lishogi-Bot v1.1.0

I bumped github.com/TheYoBots/Lishogi-Bot from v1.0.0 to v1.1.0. Finally managed to get the windows bug ( github.com/TheYoBots/Lishogi-Bot/issues/7 ) solved!
