メッセージ機能の改善について

問題点
　・相手が通知を見たかがわからない
　・改行しにくい
　・メッセージを削除できない
なぜ問題といえるのか
　・通知を見たかわからないとやり取りの際に
　　返信を待つべきかどうかが判断できない
　・改行しにくいと読みにくくなる
　・削除できないと間違って不適切な表現を
　　してしまったときにトラブルの原因となりうる
提案（仕様の改善）
　・既読：相手がメッセージを見たか分かるようにする
　・改行：メッセージを読みやすくする
　・削除：メッセージを削除する

改行に関しては、左shift + enterキーで現状可能ですね。(PCの場合)
それがしにくいと言う意味でなら、失礼をば。
