There is no way to save the analysis at a particular position. You could request computer analysis on that game/ study or you could make a comment next to that move in a study.

Was this error faced in any specific position or in generally all positions? Also do you have any chrome extentions used in lishogi? If so you could maybe try disabling them and checking the analysis …

Um... if the piece set is bad (as per you) you have also mention why you find it bad. Mention specific details related to what you don't like about each piece set that you find bad individually.
