Hi, my name is Eduard, and I'm currently the top shogi player in Slovakia, as well as a 4-dan on 81dojo (EPplayer). Coaching quality won't be as good as in slovak language, but I will gladly offer my help analyzing your games or giving you some advice regardless.
About me
Playing experience
Playing shogi since October 2023, with my passion, training, and chess experience, I managed climb ranks relatively quickly (Currently 1950 FESA rating). The biggest achievement so far is 2nd place in the International Shogi Forum 2024 B tournament

Teaching methodology
I think that openings and checkmates can be practiced individually, but learning from your own mistakes can be difficult, such as when you made a mistake and why it was a mistake. Finding a plan can be just as difficult. And that's what I would focus on.
