Try rule fixed

If Sente's king arrives at 51, or Gote's at 59, they always win even if the opponent's king has not entered yet. No more try rule draws :) Eventually though, we'd like to implement proper impasse rules.

And yes, we wanted to get this done for the bougyoku tournament.
