Can't see other plays in correspondence

There are plenty of players on the website but none of them show up and I can't join any, The only thing I can do is create a game and hope someone joins. However if I go on a guest account I can see all the correspondence lobbies and even join them, but they disappear if I log into my account, this is a serious problem with the website as I can barely play Shogi with other real people as the correspondence list is empty even though they are players on it. It doesn't make it unplayable with others as they can still join me but it's still disappointing. Is anyone else having this problem?

Has been reported on discord. It seems to be an issue in lichess too. Wanderer said he would try to fix it.

Hey, I looked into it, those correspondence games you see in 'anon account' have certain rating range set on them, therefore if you fall outside of that range, you will not be able to see them, but since anon user has no rating all games are being displayed there. Usually those rating ranges are set rather low, some people are probably trying to get some easier wins...

But as it is seen in these pics,
cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/783724740077813770/824305769418981416/image0.png and cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/783724740077813770/824305769636691968/image1.png by @Jason shared in discord, his rating is 1500? In correspondence And there are only 2 players not in the +-500 (or even +-300) range. And when logged in he sees a player who is 2140? Rated which is much higher than his rating. Also even if the rating range is set low, it cannot be below their own rating right, cuz that could result in always setting a low rating range to get easier players to play and continuously get only win (artificial rating inflammation). And there are a few 1500? Rated players seen while anon.
