Tactics difficulty level ignored

Hello,
As of a week ago, I used to play normal / harder tactics exercises, but now all the proposed tactics are extremely easy, usually being a one-move tsume even with the difficulty level set to Hardest.

I don't know what might have caused this, it started being like this about two/three days ago.

Is there a way to fix it?

It seems that now this is half-solved. The difficulty levels are not ignored anymore, but after some excercises, it does tend to go back to one or three move tsumes.

Guess it's just a metter of waiting. Thank you
