Unable to play ranked

When I go to create a game I'm locked on standard, casual. If I click varient there are no other options than standard, also the ranked button is lighter and I'm unable to click it. Does anyone know why it's locking me out of ranked?

You can’t create a rated game with both increment and byoyomi time. For rated games either one has to be selected.
