Longer Kyoto Shogi tournaments

Is there a reason why all the Kyoto Shogi tournaments are 3 minutes?

I'd like to participate in longer time controls where we can actually calculate the moves.

What about a 15/60, or even 10/30?

If such tournaments are already available, please let me know.

Otherwise, whom I gotta write to make it happen?

OK I just saw next montly Kyoto tournament is 5 minutes 10 seconds, I guess that is an improvement. But I still would appreciate longer-timed tournaments if possible (and if people would like to also participate).

I can create my own tournament, but will it appear where the others are?

I guess it will be visible (if you specifically look for it) but not as visible as the ones the system provides... that's why I am asking if there is any way to ask whoever decides Kyoto tournament timings to make a longer one once a month if possible...
