Sometimes there is more than 1 possible mate. The captcha incorrectly states that these additional solutions are not mate.
mate in 1 shogi CAPTCHA doesn't recognise multiple solutions.
Pretty sure that doesn't happen. Maybe you just misread the board. As always provide screenshots & other necessary info when reporting bugs.
