Any chance if Lishogi Pros Mode do have option to switch the UI into either 1-kanji or 2-kanji set / marked or non-marked set; feel like being forced to play without the choice of choosing UI kinda somewhat making much uncomfortable experience.
I'm pretty sure it's just that mnemonic pieces are banned, like Czech, Doubutsu, etc., not the 2 kanji pieces. I haven't played in professional mode, though, so I'm not sure; that's just what the original blog post said.
I'm honestly not exactly sure why mnemonic pieces are banned. When you're like me and have been staring at the pieces for so long they've rotted into your skull, it doesn't matter whether mnemonics are engraved on the pieces or not, you know how they move by heart, and it's not like the kanji slows your brain down or anything. It just seems like a random restriction on UI preference.
