Provisional Rating

I have played many games in the 15 second category, yet I still have a provisional rating.Why is this?

I also now do not have a provisional rating, but it does not show me on the leaderboard.

This is what lishogi has provided. Also your rating isn’t provisional in the ultrabullet (which includes 15secs games) category.
