Because he was cheating. Even grandmasters can't reasonably consistently play 100% accurate Shogi. This isn't chess. It's just not really possible.
Also, in this case, since the account is owned by him, you would say “his account”. :)
Also, “wait” is in the second-person present since you're telling someone to wait.
