Something I noticed that I think would be very helpful for lishogi to add is to make it more clear which side you will be playing when you create a "from position" game.
I select the position, I select the friend, but then when it comes to selecting "gote" or "sente", I'm never sure which one to click. Am I sending them the challenge for THEM to be sente? Or am I selecting sente for myself? I, and others I've played "from position" games with, seem to get it wrong almost every single time, forcing us to abort the game and re-challenge, and I don't play enough "from position" games to commit to memory which one is which.
I think it would be very helpful to even just change the mouse-over text from "sente"/"gote" to something like "you play as sente"/"you play as gote".
"Play with Friend" -> "from position" confusion/ambiguity
