Hello everyone.
I was chatting with a friend this morning about the partial (nearly inexistent) inactivity of the "British Shogi Association" and its lag of legal status as an entity to promote Shogi in the country.
We thought to create a Charity or other legal body that can get granted funds to organise more activities for promoting the game like teaching in Primary and Secondary Schools, etc
What is there the general opinion?
