I made Yaneuraou level 2 Ragequit

I am a very beginner player and I gave myself a challenge: beating YaneuraOu level 2 (and maybe 3) without studying openings or doing problems, just by playing again and again against the bot and learning with board analysis tools.

Today I finally won but this is because something very weird happened: my king was escaping with no defense to the other side of the board but the bot didn't have anything left to drop efficiently, so it went crazy and ragequited, giving me all it's pieces.

You can see the game at lishogi.org/k1aJBRn5
I was wondering if this kind of behaviour was known or if I just triggered something very unlikely to happen.
Stockfish level 1 does this in every gamemode in every game but I never seen YaneuraOu acting like that

The AI is not programmed to resign, my dear. So it will exhaust all possible options to avoid a checkmate, much like a persistent player in a tournament would do in a hopeless situation so as to avail a chance mistake or blunder or illegal move by the opponent.

Not rage quitting.
