how to improve

The first thing you need to know in shogi is how each piece moves and what the difference is when they promote ( lishogi.org/learn ). You could try analysing your games once it is done and check where you have made mistakes/inaccuracies/blunders and learn from them and see how you could do better. You could even try puzzles ( lishogi.org/training ) and Tsumes from external sources ( lishogi.org/training/tsume ) and after you complete a puzzle make sure to review them too ( lishogi.org/training/dashboard/30/dashboard , lishogi.org/training/replay/30/mix , lishogi.org/training/dashboard/30/improvementAreas , lishogi.org/training/dashboard/30/strengths , lishogi.org/training/history ). Also lishogi has selected 11 nice videos you could see in the video library ( lishogi.org/video ) and great shogi resources too ( lishogi.org/resources ).

Here are other stuff too:
- Coordinates knowledge: lishogi.org/training/coordinate
- Studies: lishogi.org/study

Also there are some cool resources here: lishogi.org/forum/off-topic-discussion/is-there-any-book-openings-in-shogi#3
