[TEST] Dobutsu Shogi (どうぶつしょうぎ) - New Server Location (新サーバー移転)

Hello,

I prepared a server where you can test the Dobutsu Shogi implementation - a shogi variant that will be added to lishogi soon.

This is also a test of a new server - the lishogi server will be migrated to a US West location. This move will offer much better response times for Japan, the rest of East Asia, and North/South America. Response times in Europe and Africa will be slightly worse, but nothing too bad.

If you find any issues with the Dobutsu Shogi implementation or any other problems, please report them here or on GitHub.

The test server uses a database backup from early February, so recent activity is not reflected. One engine is running to generate computer moves, but there is no engine for analysis.
If everything goes well with the test, I would like to migrate and update lishogi sometime next week - February 24 or 25 maybe... There will be some downtime, so if there is any event/tournament you don't want disturbed, let me know in advance.

テストが順調に進めば、来週（2月24日または25日頃）に lishogi の移転とアップデートを行いたいと考えています。作業中はサイトへのアクセスができなくなる（ダウンタイムが発生する）ため、もし重なっている大会やイベントなどで中断されたくないものがあれば、事前にお知らせください。
