My local lishogi's settings are not working when I enable dev, mod and verified badges it doesn't show up in the profile page

how do you enable lishogi.dev

I mean its not enabling you need to setup it related to this forum post lishogi.org/forum/general-shogi-discussion/lishogi-development-onboarding?page=1
