I have noticed a problem with arenas: There are often players joining, but still no games take place, because players often don't join at the same time.
But there is a actually a solution to this: You could add an "I am waiting"-button to the arena site and when you click on this button, players in the lobby can see that there is someone waiting in an arena.
What they actually should see then is a button in the lobby which will lead you directly to the arena site, when you click on it.
What do you think about that?
