Why can't players with two letter names become team leaders?

I've been able to make a team however, when adding more team leaders, my role as a team leader gets deleted and I am unable to do anything about it.

If someone could explain why this is happening and if there is a solution to this I would be grateful.

I tested this myself and I see what you mean. Players with two letter names can make teams, but not add any other team leaders or become team leaders in other teams.
I think it might be a bug with two character names.

Simple, just make your username 3 digit
