There's been an deleted account (likely a caught cheater) at the top for three days now. The weird thing is that it always appears as online. So what's going on?
I doubt the site officials will even read my question, but here's hoping.
I don't actually think it's a caught cheater because the acc was straightup closed instead of saying "this account has violated the terms and conditions"
as far as I know lishogi NEVER closes cheaters accounts, but rather just temporarily (or permanently for more serious offenses) bans them
then again, I once saw an acc get closed for losing on purpose (or at least what I suspect to be losing on purpose because he basically just gave me all his pieces for free)
my assumption would be that the acc at the top closed itself (maybe that's not the best wording) and thr leaderboard just doesn't update that frequently
also closed accs do show as always online due to some strange system quirk
