Adjust tournament rankings for participants with 0 games played

Currently, players that lost all the games they've played in a tournament are ranked lower than players who joined and then never played a single game, and end up in the 100th percentile in the results. This feels rather silly and discourages weaker players from participating.

I would like to propose bumping all 0-game players in a tournament to the bottom of the leaderboard.

Yeah that's unusual aha.. Reminds me of the joke I see all the time when a random person says "Well I've never lost a game against [strong player]", because they've never even played that person
