People who constantly target weaker players are LOSERS!

Just look at the poeple who challenged me, poor little dipshit 1-kyu, over the last hour. At this point, I'm actually conducting an experiment. How many 2-dans and above can I attract? Surely, one or two rating points must be worth all the rage, judging from how fun it must be to prove the point over and over again.

Actually, I like when x-dan players accept my challenge. It's a good way to learn something about myself and how I need to improve and accept losing. 🙏

There are hundreds of poeple idling ... somewhere on this site. Yet, in the lobby, you always see the same three super-strong people and absolutely no one wants to play a quick 5+0 game. What the hell is going on? Have we gone back to the beta days, when this site was only usable when you had luck and it was the weekend? This definitely sucks! Everyone, ... can't we all come together and play some Shogi, for crying out loud? I'm still here for a couple more minutes, let's see what game I can catch.

@ladyontheshogiboard If the only thing I learn about myself is that I'm significantly weaker than a certain class of people (a fact as self-evident as the one that states that water is wet), than the lesson isn't worth learning. And definitely not 10 times in a row, that shows more of the character of the punisher than of the punished one.

taking a beating certainly is hard, I'v been there myself. I'd imagine that you'r words are true, that stronger players are seeing your rating and choosing your game.
I know that is discouraging; but there is more to learn here than just that 'you'r weak'. believe me, we all start out as weak.
the mindset that I'd encourage you to have is that of humility, and one of endurance.

yes, you may be beaten down, but will you stay that way?
and when you get stronger (which will happen when/if you continue), how will you treat those weaker than you?

I wish you well with your next game
