I don't know the game properly and there is less instructive videos for shohi and also there is no puzzles for this game .How to learn the game properly ??

As for puzzles, they aren't yet implemented on lishogi, but there are a couple of lishogi studies that are puzzles, and are quite helpful. One that comes to mind is this list of tsumeshogi(checkmate problems) compiled by Killerducky lishogi.org/study/4XssSDlR
There are also other sites for shogi puzzles.
