I am curious where you attack at with this style of play. it seems like it main strength is that it defends most attacks coming from the opponent's rook side, but I don't see how you advance your attack.

first, you'd have to go beyond this study, as these variations are not exactly mainstream. Two, Ishida is broad and tricky. There's Haya-Ishida, Masuda-shiki, B-77 style. Sometime you even sacrifice the Nx85.
