Only the silver seems to have a reason to ever avoid promotion, can we have an autopromote option for all other pieces?
Or perhaps use the chess way where holding ctrl causes the dialogue to reappear

Genuine question, why? What situation might happen where a high ELO player might not promote?
How common is non promotion?
(I'm not saying auto promote is a good idea, just curious about where it, realistically, might not be the optimal play.)
