Coming from Gosites(ogs,dgs,kgs) I think we need an option for automatic setted handycape.
At least for either non rated games or avaible for nonprisory rated players

If you're making a custom game, you have to manually tighten the range to ±250. This will save, so you can reuse it.
But people, like @COArSe_D1RTxxx, who valiantly target STRONGER players, and then even show the necessary skill to overcome them, are definitely winners in my book! :D

He's talking about creating a challenge in the lobby. Once a higher-rated player joins, it's against the rules to abort the game, so you're stuck with them unless you decide to pull a Magnus Carlsen and resign after 1 move. Now, one can simply set a rating limit so the player can't join in the first place, but knowing someone targets weaker players doesn't help you in any way if they're already in the game.
@loliconchess A good indicator whether someone can realistically be called a "loser" is checking their Average Opponent's Rating stat on their Shogi breakdown page. If it's dramatically lower than their actual rating, I'm talking about a difference of hundreds of points here, then yes, that person is a bona fide loser. And if someone reading this feels addressed by my definition of what a loser is, that person should know that I'm by FAR not the only one who thinks exactly that same way. No one can stand people who love to spoil others fun, it very neatly reveals what kind of nature you possess.
