Tuesday 31 October is actually the night from Monday 30 October to 31 October during which the 0:15 UTC is the deadline to start the game (and that's better to not delay until last).

So you effectively only have time until Monday inclusively.

The round has been indefinitely extended, since it's the final round (so no delay issues), and multiple games are having scheduling difficulties.
