What is the procedure for announcing the vacation and resuming the game afterward?

How to handle the declaration of vacation during the game? What is the proof of the fact that I declared the vacation?
What is the procedure of continuation the game. Suppose, I declared the vacation, and after its end I hosted a game to continue it. During what time must my opponent accept the challenge?

as this is a correspondence tournament, i think it can be smoothly implemented whenever a game ends and doesn't take much energy

Absolutely. I was going to make one like the Chu Shogi Cup but I was focusing more on getting all the games started.
