Start of the tournament:
September 12th, 2023 as soon as pairings are announced.

Time control:
20 minutes + 30 seconds of Fischer increment (for usual games)
0 minutes + 30 seconds of Fischer increment (for adjourned games)

Adjournment:
If a tournament game lasts 400 or more moves, either player can write into chat "I adjourn" and offer the draw. Then the other player must accept the draw, and after that, both players must send a message to the referee with a link to the game. The adjourning player (the one who stopped the game on his move) must also write a sealed move to the referee without any delay. When the game is resumed, he must play that sealed move.
