New Correspondence Tournament

I missed the start of the second real time tournament, and wondered if people have thoughts regarding time controls for a second correspondence tournament. I think there should be several days of initial time to match people's variable weekly schedule. Playing more quickly should be encouraged. What do you think of 16 hours of time added per move made?

I personally like the concept of Fischer increment in Chu Shogi correspondence games or at least byoyomi with periods of extensions plus the possibility to adjourn the correspondence games.

The only issue is that those haven't implemented on Lishogi yet. I guess, as soon as it will be implemented, we could expect some attempts to organize a correspondence tournament again.
