That's quite the wild game aha
You were under pressure the entire opening, then were losing by the midgame, then the engine just threw the game for an attack that didn't even work. Its camp was totally crumbled by move 90, but ended up winning anyway because the plan to break through was hard to find, and you were already living off of Byoyomi

Are you really a beginner with the high rating in puzzles?
My puzzles rating is mutch lower so I dont know if or others can give you tipps

No don't get fooled by it I just don't play it that often

Aside from better looking out for backrankdrops mayby going for longer time controls the get better and train then.
The second tipp can be ignored if your a good rapid/blitz player in other strazegy games
For the opening I cannot say any advice snde i dont know what opening you played
