Hi, Shogi Puzzles are being implemented soon, so be patient, meanwhile try these:-
http://playshogi.com/ -> You can do Tsume shogi puzzles from mate in 3 to mate in 13 here, moves not counted in plies.
(Tsume shogi = Shogi Checkmate problems, refer here for all the tsumeshogi rules http://www.shogi.net/nexus/ladder/help.html )
http://shop.nekomado.com/products/detail.php?product_id=127 -> Nekomado's "At a Glance" Series
4 great books in a set:-
- Joseki at a Glance (Joseki = Openings)
- Edge Attack at a Glance
- Sabaki at a Glance (Sabaki is loosely translated in how to activate pieces)
- Ending Attack at a Glance
http://shop.nekomado.com/products/detail.php?product_id=55 -> Takashi Kaneko's "Ending Attack Techniques 200"
- Vouched as best book in endgame strategies
http://shop.nekomado.com/products/detail.php?product_id=65 -> Also by Takashi Kaneko "Storming the Mino Castle 200"
