Finished Chu Shogi Correspondence Games

I thought that this tournament included vacation time>?? It is a 48 hour instant loss? I would not have joined if so...

Replying to Spaceshogi:
As far as I know, you need to apply for a vacation when you want. Without application, timer goes on, and 48 hours no move = loss.

@SpaceShogi @Ashiok
To be exact, it's not an "applying to vacation".
The procedure is:
1) The player to move writes "I adjourn the game" and offers a draw to the opponent. The opponent must accept the draw (if he doesn't accept it, he might be penalized).
2) The player who announced the adjournment, immediately writes to PM to the referee with a sealed move and says approximate vacation period.
3) As soon as the vacation period is finished, the game must be hosted and resumed with the same position, and the sealed move must be played.

You can't simply time out your game and consider it is prolonged for the period of vacations. You must seal move first, and then the vacation starts.

But that's also not the case of "first apply (and then get confirmation) and only after that you can take a vacation". No, you can take a vacation anytime, just declare adjournment, offer a draw, and write a sealed move to the referee.
