After playing a olong time i came to the realisation that excersise is zero percent accurate abput your strength
why? I find them useful, but that may just be me
Kinda agree. The ratiing swings feel too haphazard sometimes.

Well my difference btween excersices and my correspondence rating is more than 200 and their activitie is most often reversed to each other. And nope i keep thinking the same amount of tiem for both
I also had now a 2 month decline in rating and that sound unatural to me
yea mine are pretty similar and I find tsume puzzles good for practicing but I see where your coming from
Eh I wouldn't worry about it much. I got really sick one time and my lichess rating went down like 300 points in a couple weeks. I figure it's pretty natural to bounce 200 points one way or the other; I think the rating system is only accurate to like ±100 points anyway.
A decline in rating could also just mean that there are more stronger players joining the site, skewing everybody else.
I dont think the puzzles should get more dificult because stronger players arrive
A slope of two weaks is normal if you know why but near to month sound unatural
And now the difference is nearing 400
The puzzles wouldn't get more difficult. I don't think you understood what I meant by the skewing.
If a large group of strong players arrive, they beat nearly everybody in the pool. Their ratings go up, and everybody's ratings go down. Those weaker players don't get "weaker", their number just gets smaller. Elo-based rating systems are a relative measurement of strength versus the pool of players. If the pool is strong, your rating will be lower, and if the pool is weak, your rating will be higher. If you only played against a pool of master players, your rating would become VERY low. If you only played against a pool of beginners, your rating would become VERY high.
Also, I think that your first post is correct. Puzzle rating and game rating aren't correlated, at least not as accurately as you'd like.
The pool of puzzles and the pool of games are different. Some players do a lot of puzzles and few games. Some players play a lot of games and few puzzles. So your puzzle rating and game rating are only sort-of linked. It WOULD be more accurate if every player did lots of puzzles and lots of games, but that's just not the case.
