If I decide to bath myself in ice and salt and then decide to down quarts of ice at a time will I freeze internally some kind of messed up human popsicle?

No, that's not safe or advisable. Immersing yourself in ice and salt can cause hypothermia and dehydration, which can be dangerous or even life-threatening.
Hypothermia is a medical emergency condition that occurs when your body loses heat faster than it can produce heat, causing a dangerously low body temperature. Normal body temperature is around 98.6°F (37°C), but when the body temperature drops below 95°F (35°C), hypothermia sets in.
But... the human body temperature will not normally go below 32°F (0°C), which is the freezing point of water. If a person's body temperature does fall below 32°F, it is a sign of **severe** hypothermia, which is a medical emergency. It is important to seek immediate medical attention to prevent serious injury or death.
