Everything is already, but often failed, I won't to paid. And this bot can accept all challenges.

The most important part of any bot is a self-respecting, decent name. Something which appelas to the impressionable youth, hmmm ... May I suggest "Chaos Void 9000" or "xXxLordOfCyberDarknessxXx"?

The traceback says the file isn't found, did you read it? Make sure the file location is correct.
Actually, it says "upgrade to bot account"? I don't even understand what step you're on honestly.
You should be able to follow a liCHESS bot tutorial, there's a lot of those and 90% of the steps are probably the same.
