A question for perspective

Dear denizens of lishogi

when checking out the lobby and comparing with the games being played, I see that there are quite a few who are playing against bots/engines.
Now, perhaps I could conclude that we often have a quiet lobby, and people still want to play, which would be fair enough;
however, I thought if it is ok for me to ask the many, if they so wish to reply: Do you prefer playing against bots/engines or with fellow players? and also, how do you view the other player when you are playing against a person (example: as an enemy)?

I prefer playing against human opponents, so I usually end up playing on 81Dojo.

I don't like playing against bots but prefer correspondence games. I keep meaning to play more real-time games but never seem to get around to it.

I almost only play correspondence, so I don't mind that there aren't many live games
