24:00 of 22th October that comes into 00:00 of 23th October?
Yeah I also remind me of this kind of misunderstanding.
In my mind 24 means end of the day.
If it's the beginning I would be here I don't care if it's now or in 24h.
So @sofyf_shogiplayer don't worry, nothing happens, It's equal for me.
@AlexTrick I don't know if there is a list of common mistakes or misunderstandings possibilities. If not it maybe would be awesome and if I'm already writing suggestions for improvement, an example video from meeting arrangement to end of the victory could be helpful, with all the pitfalls. ;)

Writing 24 is the only confusing thing here, better to write 23.59 if midnight is the time of schedule or just specify with words to avoid ambiguity.
