Hey! Weekend is fine, however I don't like 18 UTC as a starting time, I prefer starting 16/16.30 max, even earlier if possible, like 15 UTC.

16:30 is early but should be doable -- would you prefer Saturday or Sunday?
(I'm also okay with much later times, if that works better for you, like 22:00 or 23:00?)

Actually, is it possible to resign an adjourned game? It only says "Offer Resumption".
If you want to resign we can resume it. I don't think it is possible to resign from adjournment
