- lishogi.org’s server IP address could not be found.
- We can’t connect to the server at lishogi.org.
Then you have a DNS issue.
There's nothing we can do about it, but here's how you can fix it.

No rating points were awarded
Make sure you played a rated game. Casual games do not affect the players ratings.

Security vulnerability

Like all contributions to Lishogi, security reviews and pentesting are appreciated. Note that Lishogi is built by volunteers and we currently do not have a bug bounty program.
Vulnerabilities are relevant even when they are not directly exploitable, for example XSS mitigated by CSP.
When doing your research, please minimize negative impact for other users. As long as you keep this in mind, testing should not require prior coordination. Avoid spamming, DDoS and volumetric attacks.
We believe transport encryption should be sufficient for all reports. If you insist on using PGP, please clarify the nature of the message in the plain-text subject and encrypt for multiple recipients.

False positives do happen sometimes, and we're sorry about that.
If your appeal is legitimate, we will lift the ban ASAP.
However if you indeed used engine assistance, even just once, then your account is unfortunately lost.
Do not deny having cheated. If you want to be allowed to create a new account, just admit to what you did, and show that you understood that it was a mistake.

GDPR
If you are a European citizen, you may request the deletion of your Lishogi account.
First, close your account.
Then send us an email at contact@lishogi.org to request the definitive erasure of all data linked to the account.
Note that games are facts, not personal information. And as such they are never deleted.
